The Production Process

We can't wait for you to receive your awesome products.

We know you're excited to get your hands on your order and we want to give you some information about the production and shipping process.

Once you hit that submit button, your order will go into our standard "24-Hour Order Hold" and then into production and we'll get it shipped out to you as soon as possible. Usually, orders are shipped within 2-7 business days, but keep in mind that production times can vary depending on factors like time of year, product availability, and the size of your order.

Sometimes, unexpected delays can happen, like if we need to order a product from our supplier or if we find that an item doesn't meet our high-quality standards and needs to be reprinted. If this happens, we'll let you know ASAP.

On occasion, order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

• The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us).
• The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
• The order contains 12 or more items.

If you haven't heard from us or received a shipping update within 7 business days, don't hesitate to reach out to our amazing Support team for a status update.

We know waiting can be tough, but unfortunately, we can't speed up the production process. But hey, if you're really in a hurry, you might want to consider upgrading your shipping.
